Managed dispatch service

Managed dispatch for construction labour providers.

CrewFill helps you turn labour requests into confirmed workers, attendance records, and daily summaries — configured around how much of the workflow you want handled.

Dispatch coordination, attendance and reporting — with optional visibility of compliance records maintained by your agency

The problem

Construction labour dispatch is still too manual.

Many labour providers still rely on calls, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and memory to manage requests, chase workers, confirm attendance, and update clients.

Slow

Requests sit in a group chat while workers get chased one by one.

Missed

Details get lost between calls, messages, and memory.

No trail

No clear record of who was asked, who confirmed, who turned up.

Messy

End-of-day reporting means piecing it all back together, every day.

How it works

From every request route to one clear record.

Step 1

A labour request enters CrewFill

The agency can submit directly, an approved contractor can request workers through their portal, or the agency can submit on the contractor’s behalf.

Step 2

The agency confirms the request

Contractor-submitted requests return to the agency to confirm the job details and worker offer. Direct and submit-on-behalf requests include these details during submission.

Step 3

The agency chooses how fulfilment is managed

The agency can continue managing the request itself or choose Transfer to Ops. If transferred, Ops takes over fulfilment while the agency retains read-only visibility.

Step 4

Suitable workers are notified

Workers from the agency’s pool receive clear job information and the confirmed worker rate.

Step 5

Responses and capacity are tracked

Acceptances, non-responses, filled positions and replacement activity are recorded as they happen.

Step 6

The placement is coordinated

Confirmed workers receive the appropriate job and location details while the agency and contractor follow progress through their portals.

Step 7

Attendance and outcomes are recorded

Attendance can be recorded manually or supported by agency-enabled GPS check-in and check-out evidence. Location is captured only when the worker presses the attendance button and never automatically marks a no-show.

Your business stays yours

What you keep control of.

CrewFill is not a recruitment agency and does not supply labour. Your agency keeps control of client relationships, worker engagement, rates, payments and all worker compliance checks and decisions.

One connected platform

Everything your agency needs to coordinate labour dispatch.

CrewFill is offered as one complete platform rather than separate service levels. Contractor requests, worker dispatch, replacements, attendance and reporting remain connected in one agency-controlled workflow.

The CrewFill platform

Agency-controlled dispatch from request to attendance.

Contractors can submit through their portal, or your agency can submit on their behalf. Your agency confirms the request and worker offer, then chooses whether to manage fulfilment directly or transfer the confirmed request to CrewFill Ops for additional support.

  • Contractor labour request portal
  • Submit on behalf for calls, emails and messages
  • Worker roster and smart spreadsheet mapping
  • Worker broadcasts, responses and confirmations
  • Capacity controls and replacement broadcasts
  • Manual attendance and optional GPS-supported evidence
  • No-shows, attendance history and operational reports
  • Agency-recorded worker information
  • Audit trail and live portal updates

Your agency remains in control: client relationships, workers, rates, compliance checks, payments and invoicing remain with your agency. CrewFill Ops only becomes involved when your agency chooses to transfer a confirmed request.

Worker experience

Clear for workers.

Workers see enough to decide whether to respond — role, date, start time, and general area, plus their approved offer rate where the provider chooses to show it. Full site details are released once they're confirmed for the job.
