Please read these terms carefully before registering. By submitting your registration on crewfill.co.uk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

1. Who We Are

CrewFill is an introducer platform operated by Humantra-AI Ltd. We connect CSCS-verified construction workers with subcontractors and principal contractors seeking labour across London and surrounding areas.

CrewFill operates as an introducer only. We do not employ workers, act as an employment business, control the terms of any engagement, supervise work on site, or determine rates of pay between workers and contractors.

Any engagement for work is a matter strictly between the worker and the contractor. CrewFill is not a party to that agreement and has no ongoing involvement in the management, supervision, or performance of any work once an introduction has been made.

2. Eligibility

To register with CrewFill you must:

Be aged 18 or over
Have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom
Hold a valid CSCS card appropriate to your trade or occupation
Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at registration and at all times thereafter
Have a valid UK mobile number

3. Verification

Before we can introduce you to any contractor, we are required to verify:

Your identity — passport, driving licence, or other accepted government-issued document
Your right to work in the UK — passport bio page, Biometric Residence Permit, or share code
Your CSCS card — clear photo of front and back
Your UTR number (if applicable) — for CIS purposes

You agree to provide these documents promptly when requested. We will not introduce you to any contractor until verification is complete to our satisfaction.

We reserve the right to decline registration or remove you from our platform if verification cannot be completed, if documents are found to be expired, invalid, or fraudulent, or if your right to work status changes.

4. How CrewFill Works

Once verified, you may receive job alerts via our Telegram channel or direct message. These alerts contain details of available work including location, start time, trade required, and expected duration.

Responding to a job alert is an expression of interest only and does not constitute a binding agreement or guarantee of work.

Important: Work is only considered confirmed once the contractor has directly confirmed the engagement with you. CrewFill does not confirm, schedule, supervise, or manage any work. CrewFill has no involvement once an introduction has been made.

5. Fees

CrewFill does not charge workers any fee for registration or for introduction to work opportunities. Registration is completely free. Contractors may be charged a separate introduction fee under a separate written agreement between CrewFill and that contractor. You will never be asked to pay any fee to CrewFill.

6. No Employment Relationship

Nothing in these Terms shall create any contract of employment, contract of service, worker status, agency relationship, or any other employment relationship between CrewFill (or Humantra-AI Ltd) and any registered worker. Any contract for services arising from an introduction made through our platform is strictly between the worker and the contractor.

CrewFill does not direct, supervise, or control how any work is carried out. Workers introduced through CrewFill are not employees, workers, or agents of Humantra-AI Ltd.

7. No Guarantee of Work

Registration with CrewFill does not guarantee that you will receive any work. The availability of work depends entirely on contractor demand, your location and availability, and your suitability for specific roles.

CrewFill makes no representations or warranties regarding the frequency, continuity, or volume of work that may be available through our platform.

8. Your Responsibilities

As a registered worker you agree to:

Keep your contact details, CSCS card, and right to work documents current and valid at all times
Attend confirmed work on time and conduct yourself professionally on site
Comply with all site rules, health and safety requirements, and contractor instructions
Notify us immediately if your right to work status changes or expires
Not misrepresent your skills, qualifications, certifications, or experience
Comply with all applicable UK law including employment law, tax law, and health and safety legislation

9. Insurance

CrewFill does not provide any insurance cover for workers. It is the sole responsibility of the contractor and, where applicable, the worker to ensure that appropriate Public Liability insurance, Employer's Liability insurance (where required), and any other relevant cover is in place before work commences. CrewFill accepts no liability for any injury, accident, damage, or loss occurring on or in connection with any site.

10. CIS & Tax

CrewFill does not employ workers and does not operate payroll. If you are self-employed and operate under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS), you are solely responsible for registering with HMRC and managing your own tax affairs.

If you operate through a limited company or umbrella company, you are responsible for ensuring your arrangements comply with IR35 and all other relevant legislation.

CrewFill accepts no liability for any tax, National Insurance, or other statutory obligations arising from any engagement arranged through our platform.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Humantra-AI Ltd, its directors, employees, and representatives against any and all claims, losses, damages, costs, or liabilities (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your conduct on site; any misrepresentation made by you at registration or thereafter; your breach of these Terms; your failure to comply with site rules or applicable law; or any act or omission on your part in connection with any engagement arranged through our platform.

12. Data & Privacy

By registering, you consent to us collecting and processing your personal data for the purpose of introducing you to contractors. This includes your name, contact details, CSCS card information, right to work documents, and availability preferences.

Your data may be shared with contractors for the purpose of arranging work introductions. We will not sell your personal data to third parties.

Humantra-AI Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). For full details of how we collect, use, and store your data, please refer to our Our Referral Services Privacy Policy on crewfill.co.uk.

To request deletion of your data, contact us at info@crewfill.co.uk with the subject line: DATA REMOVAL.

13. Conduct & Removal

CrewFill reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any worker from the platform at any time, with or without notice, if:

False, misleading, or fraudulent information was provided at registration or at any time
Verification documents are found to be invalid, expired, or forged
A worker behaves in a manner that brings CrewFill or any contractor into disrepute
A worker repeatedly fails to attend confirmed work without reasonable notice
Serious or repeated complaints are received from contractors regarding conduct or performance
A worker's right to work in the UK expires or is revoked

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Humantra-AI Ltd shall not be liable for:

Any loss of earnings, work opportunity, or income
Any injury, accident, illness, or incident occurring on a contractor's site
Any dispute arising between a worker and a contractor
Any actions, omissions, or negligence of any contractor introduced through our platform
Any indirect, consequential, or special loss of any kind

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be published at crewfill.co.uk/terms. Continued use of our platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
